The Boatman Removable Seat Swivel Kit is a clever, practical solution for boat owners who want the convenience of being able to quickly remove their seat for storage, transport or to free up deck space without having to unbolt anything.

The kit combines a 360° seat swivel with a heavy duty nylon locking clip base that allows the seat and swivel to slide out with a simple push of the locking tab — leaving the base plate permanently mounted to the boat, pedestal or floor while the seat is lifted clear in seconds. When you're ready to go back out, simply slide the seat back into the base and the locking tab clicks securely into position.

The entire clip mechanism is moulded from a single piece of heavy duty nylon with no metal components, making it completely corrosion-proof — an important advantage over metal locking mechanisms in the saltwater marine environment where corrosion can quickly seize and prevent easy removal.
