Click & Collect is new to Whitworths. We are trialling Click & Collect at:

We hope to offer Click & Collect in more Whitworths locations soon.


HOW DOES CLICK & COLLECT WORK?

If you live near a participating Whitworths Marine & Leisure store. Click & Collect lets you order online and pick up your order in-store.

Select the products you want to purchase, add the products to your cart and then go to the checkout. During checkout, select Click & Collect as your delivery option.

We will send you an order confirmation email to let you know your order has been received.


HOW MUCH DOES CLICK & COLLECT COST?

There is no additional charge for a Click & Collect order, you only pay for the products you order.


WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Once your order is ready at the nominated store, we will;

  1. Send you a "Ready for Collection" email.
  2. Send you a "Ready for Collection" SMS text message, if you have supplied your mobile number in the order.

Your order cannot be collected until we contact you advising that your order is ready.


WHAT DO I TAKE IN STORE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

When collecting your order. Please make sure that you bring the following:

  1. "Ready for collection" email. This email will include your Collection Code.
  2. Valid photographic identification.

* Valid photo ID includes; a Drivers Licence, Passport, Blind Citizens Card, Proof of Age card, Police, Government or Armed Services identification card.


CAN A CLICK & COLLECT ORDER BE CHANGED?

Once a Click & Collect has been placed, it cannot be changed. The order goes straight through to the selected store and processing begins.

You can make additional purchases while instore when you are collecting your order.


CAN SOMEONE  COLLECT THE ORDER ON MY BEHALF?

If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, you can nominate a person when you checkout. They will need a copy of the order confirmation email and valid photo identification.

Note: We do not accept third party couriers to pickup Click & Collect orders


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Your order will be held for 14 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed.


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to return all or part of your order, you can do so at your local Whitworths store. Visit the Returns page for further information.
