If you're ordering for a Christmas Gift, we recommend you place the order as early as possible to ensure your delivery arrives in time for Christmas.
All orders are shipped from our Brookvale, Sydney order fulfilment centre. Based on advise from our shipping partners we have set the below cut-off dates.
CHRISTMAS ORDERS
Australia Post and our Commercial Couriers are expecting the festive season to be extra busy this year. Based on their advice, we cannot guarantee orders placed after the cut-off dates listed below will be delivered by Christmas.
To avoid disappointment place your Christmas orders as early as possible.
Overseas, offshore islands and distant mainland locations may take up to 3 or 4 weeks to deliver. Please contact your local Mail Order Department to discuss specific details relating to your situation.

All orders are shipped from our Brookvale, Sydney order fulfilment centre. Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days - most quicker!
Shipping day estimates after your order leaves our fulfilment centre in Sydney are based on Australia Post domestic delivery times:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on live quotes supplied by our shipping partners. The quote takes into consideration, the bulk of your cart, where you want it delivered and if you want express or standard shipping.

Products marked with the "Truck" symbol have been classed as being very heavy, bulky and/or awkward to freight. Orders including products with this icon may experience higher freight costs, restricted freight choices, and/or increased delivery time.
Products marked with the "Flame" symbol have been classed as being dangerous or hazardous to freight and currently cannot be ordered online.

We deliver using both Australia Post and Commercial Couriers.
AUSTRALIA POST
For deliveries by Australia Post to an unattended address, goods will not be left and a card will be left notifying that your order is available for collection at the local Post Office. Orders that contain Dangerous Goods, liquids, items over one metre in length, items over 22kg, and large size items cannot be sent with Australia Post.
COMMERCIAL COURIERS
Orders which cannot be sent by Australia Post will be sent by commercial courier and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Post Offices.
If your nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery the courier will leave a card in your letterbox to allow you to arrange a re-delivery. If an "attempted delivery fee" is charged by the courier, we reserve the right to recover this fee by charging your credit card number. For your security couriers won’t leave orders unattended at the doorstep.

International Shipping
We are currently unable to deliver online orders outside of Australia.
However, if you live within a country listed below. Send us a purchase order to the email address mail.order@whitworths.com.au or submit it using the orange help bubble located at the bottom right of each page and we can provide you with a direct quote.
