Reversing solenoids allow for dual directional operation of your Muir windlasses and capstans, enabling you to electronically deploy and raise your anchor. It's rugged design is specific for marine environments, ensuring it's unimpeded function in harsh conditions and for an extended period of time. Rated for 3 million cycles, the life and performance of your Muir solenoid is much longer than typical solenoids.
The supplied Muir UP/DOWN switch provides simple, remote operation of your windlass from the helm, flybridge or cockpit. This allows you to take charge of your anchoring, without the hassle of needing a partner up the front of the boat. The switch is compact and modern design, making it right at home on your console. Constructed from marine grade materials for longlasting performance.
