Repairing your inflatable boat has never been easier! Patch tears and holes in your inflatable dinghy flexibly, using this professional grade, reinforced Hypalon fabric. Used by boat manufacturers worldwide, this product is suitable for repair on inflatable boats, dinghies and RIBs constructed from Hypalon coated fabric.
Ideally used with Polymarine Hypalon Inflatable Boat Adhesive for a superior, permanant bond and longer lasting Hypalon.
Also available in PVC Fabric.

- UV-Resistance - Hypalon is noted for it's resistence to high temperatures and UV rays, making it the idea material for your inflatable dinghies.
- Flexible Use - Cut-to-size patches for a variety of repair cases, for use on tears, holes and damage less than 30cm.
- Convenient Size - Fabric piece is A4 in size (21cm x 30cm).
Please Note: not for use on plasticised PVC or used in conjunction with PVC Adhesive.
How to Know if Your Boat is PVC or Hypalon?
- Fabric Backing - Check the inside of the tube when deflated (through the valve or if the tear is big enough). Hypalon is a dark grey or black on the inside. PVC is the same colour on both sides.
- Light Sanding - Hypalon will matt down and produce a dust and suede like nap to the abrasion. PVC will just scratch, remain glossy and there will be no difference in colour.
- Solvent Test - Wipe lightly with an MEK or acetone based solvent. Hypalon will leave an oxidisation and occasionally some colour on the cloth, the material will not be affected or becomesticky. PVC will leave some colour on the cloth and the surface of the material will become tacky. Always clean solvent to prepare surface for repair after testing.

Australia Post and our Commercial Couriers are expecting the festive season to be extra busy this year. Based on their advice, we cannot guarantee orders placed after the cut-off dates listed below will be delivered by Christmas.
To avoid disappointment place your Christmas orders as early as possible.
Overseas, offshore islands and distant mainland locations may take up to 3 or 4 weeks to deliver. Please contact your local Mail Order Department to discuss specific details relating to your situation.
