Standard Horizon Matrix GX2400GPS/E VHF Marine Transceiver
The Standard Horizon GX2400GPS/E transmitter has an integrated 66-channel GPS receiver that facilitates DSC or AIS calls. It also has a built -in two-channel AIS receiver .
This radio is very easy to operate thanks to its menu system and E2O icons and comes ready to use from the factory.
AIS target acquisition, DSC calls, position sharing, waypoint navigation, and navigation to DSC distress calls can all be done in just a few simple steps.
The GX2400E radio has a large LCD screen (66 x 36 mm) to be able to perfectly visualize all the functions, with contrast adjustment, brightness and night mode to be able to see all the information in any light situation.
The GX2400GPS displays AIS target information (MMSI, Call Sign, Vessel Name, BRG, DST, SOG and COG) on the screen allowing you to directly contact an AIS vessel using the DSC. Shows your vessel's position in relation to AIS targets and alerts you when an AIS vessel may approach your location too close to danger of collision via the CPA (Closest Point Of Approach) or TCPA (Time To Point Of Approach) alarm. closest approximation).
The GX2400GPS-E radio has an ultra slim and compact rear case . It also complies with IPX8 degree of protection against water , so it can be submerged up to 1.5 meters deep for a maximum of 30 minutes.
