Rule 12V Bilge Pump Alarm Kit
The Rule bilge alarm kit consists of a Rule "Plus" float switch with debris guard and an in-dash gauge that features a visual and 85 decible audible alarm to warn of pump system failure.
The float switch should be mounted in the bilge just above the existing pump system float switch and will activate if water rises to the level due to the failure of the pump system.
The Rule bilge alarm kit allows an unmanned compartment to be constantly monitored. For additional compartments add another float switch.
Full wiring and installation instructions are supplied with the unit. 12V Kit, Gauge size: 62mm wide x 87mm deep.
Keep your boat afloat with a Rule Bilge Pump Alarm Kit, allowing you to constantly monitor even unmanned compartments. Simply mount the compact, flush, In-Dash Gauge to your boat dashboard. It features a visual and audible warning system when water levels in your bilge reach a certain level.
To ensure your bilge pump system works correctly, mount the float switch from your Bilge Alarm Kit above the existing pump and float switch (approximately 2" or 5cm). Should the water rise to a level beyond the level of the Bilge Alarm Float Switch, due to the failure of the pump system, your Bilge Alarm will sound an 85 decibel alarm from the In-Dash Gauge to warn you.
If you have additional bilge compartments to monitor, just add another float switch.
The Rule Rule-A-Matic "Plus" Float Switch is designed for vessels up to 24m in length.
