VIKING RescYou™­ Local Cruising is the smart solution if you boat in coastal or inland waters near rescue points. It is lightweight and easy to transport and fit on board.

Exceeding requirements for ISO 9650-2 Type 2 approval, this model includes a wide range of additional features including an automatically inflatable canopy, an innovative boarding ramp providing swift and easy boarding, and a full complement of SOLAS flares.

Large ballast bags keep the liferaft stable in the water, helping to prevent capsizing in heavy seas.

The VIKING RescYou™ Local Cruising Liferaft comes with a specifically designed coastal survival emergency pack that covers all basic needs in cruising rescue situations.

The liferaft is ISO 9650-2 Type 2 certified and third-party approved by DNV.

The VIKING RescYou™ Local Cruising Liferaft comes in the size of 6 persons and is available in a durable container.

RescYou container

If there is sufficient space on the deck or railing of your vessel, we highly recommend choosing a container for your VIKING liferaft. In an emergency, accessing and deploying the liferaft becomes easier and safer.

The high-gloss rigid fibreglass container offers maximum protection against the elements and ensures the liferaft is stored exactly where you might need it. Mount the container on the deck, railing, pushpit or bulkhead.

Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING DELAYS EXPECTED TO WESTERN AUSTRALIA

The Sydney-to-Perth rail link is currently closed due to heavy rain and flooding. The Melbourne-to-Adelaide rail link is also closed due to damage caused by a train derailment.

This situation is causing extended delays of deliveries to Western Australia for the following shipping services:

- Australia Post eParcel - Regular
- TNT Road

If you need an order in Western Australia urgently, consider using  the "Australia Post eParcel - Express" service if it is available for your order. Alternatively contact our WA MAIL ORDER DEPARTMENT to discuss options based on stock already available in WA.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS

Australia Post and our Commercial Couriers are expecting the festive season to be extra busy this year. Based on their advice, we cannot guarantee orders placed after the cut-off dates listed below will be delivered by Christmas.

We are currently unable to deliver online orders outside of Australia.
